I’m Shani, a dynamic professional with a diverse background in customer service, administration, supply chain, and operations management. Recently, I embarked on an exciting journey to become a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant, with the goal of helping businesses streamline their processes and achieve greater efficiency.

At home in Auckland, New Zealand, I’m a proud mother to a spirited little princess who keeps me on my toes and a loving husband who supports my ambitions. Balancing family life with professional growth is a rewarding challenge, and I’m grateful for the unwavering support that makes it all possible.

When I’m not exploring the intricacies of business solutions, I’m in my kitchen in Auckland, experimenting with flavours and dreaming of opening my own restaurant. Cooking is my creative outlet, and I love crafting dishes that bring people together.

For an adrenaline rush, I enjoy skydiving and bungee jumping—activities that keep my adventurous spirit alive. Travelling the world is another passion, as I seek to explore diverse cultures and cuisines.

Professional Experience

Administration Executive at Clyth MacLeod Business Sales (August 2019 – February 2024):

I managed financial reconciliations, invoicing, and CRM systems. I provided IT support, processed commissions and payroll, conducted Anti-Money Laundering checks, administered contracts, and assisted in marketing campaigns.

Administration Assistant at Auckland District Health Board (April 2018 – June 2019):

I assisted in payroll processing, maintained financial records, and managed confidential HR documents, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Education

BSc (Hons) in Business Management from NSBM Green University (2013 – 2015):

Graduating with First Class honors, my research focused on the relationship between supply chain management practices and competitive advantage, with studies in human resources, operations, marketing, and supply chain management.
